At BAIDBAAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your watch, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The watch must be unused and unworn

The product must be in original condition

All original packaging, box, straps, tags, and accessories must be included
If the product shows signs of wear, scratches, damage, or missing items, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Watches that show signs of use or damage

Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method

It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.
If you receive a faulty or damaged watch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Photos or video proof of the issue
After verification, we will arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

The item received is defective, or

The wrong product was delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BAIDBAAN is not responsible for lost return shipments.
